The Coffee Run

1. It's 3 pm. Sam needs coffee. Write Sam's algorithm: the full route of Up / Down / Left / Right moves across the office — in order — before any dice are rolled.
2. Click Start to lock it in. No edits after this — Sam is committed, headphones on.
3. Click Roll. Each roll moves Sam that many tiles in the direction of the current step, then moves on to the next step.
4. Desks bounce you back and waste the rest of that roll. Walk into a colleague and you're stuck in a "quick chat" — run over. Reach the coffee machine and you win.
5. Out of steps, or trapped in a meeting? Reset and write a smarter, more robust route.

The dice are the office you can't control. A good algorithm gets Sam to coffee whatever it rolls — and the fewer steps it needs, the hotter the cup.
